Due CTAs available directly in Gainsight Home dashboard

Yes -- this is possible. If you build a report based on the Call to Action object and add the Name field to show and then filter on Due Date = Today. The result will be a tabular report that should have a list of CTAs with the name hyperlinked to the actual CTA.

@lerkatron, what John mentioned will work perfectly for your use case. In the medium term, we are also planning for an out-of-the-box gainsight home dashboard which will solve your use case.

As @sriram pasupathi said we have plans to add this to the Gainsight Home Dashboard, so considering as feature request and changing this to idea for better tracking.
