With the new Horizon Experience CTA layout in Gainsight NXT, we have lost the functionality to dynamically change the fields on the CTA creation form based on CTA Type. Prior to the new Horizon layout, when we were creating a CTA, the fields would dynamically change based on the CTA Type. This is no longer the case. Now, You have to fill in the standard CTA fields, then click back into the CTA to change any custom fields added for that specific CTA type. 

This is frustrating because we now have to remember to click back into a CTA AFTER creating it the first time to change the fields that really matter to us. 

The form should be dynamic based on CTA Type like it was before the new Horizon Experience.
