Hi Everyone,

As we all knew, Email Engagements are the one of the major parts in PX. In the Email settings “Header” Section we can choose from which sender we can send the emails.

What happens here is we can only select one Sender and from that sender only all the users will receive the Emails. But, there could be scenarios where different users will have different account managers. 

So In this situation if we send the email from a sender who is unfortunately not their account manager, there could be huge chances the user will simply consider it as not important, Because he doesn’t know the person from whom he received the mail.

We can achieve this problem, If we have a option to select the sender dynamically, i.e, the sender should be selected automatically depending on to which user the mail is going to be sent.

A bit more detailed example:

If a user from company "ABC" sign up with my application - I would like to send an intro email from "Shireesha", since Shireesha is the account manager for ABC. 
If a user from company "XYZ" sign up my application - I would like to send an intro email from "Siri", since Siri is the account manager for XYZ.
