Currently it is only possible to change a timeline activity on the way you created it. Either via the timeline or via the CTA.
For example, if you create a CTA from a timeline activity, you can no longer change the timeline activity in the CTA timeline, only in the timeline of the account. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
