Email Integration for CTA Creation / Cockpit Integration

It would be helpful to be able create CTAs/tasks directly from an email in Gmail. Perhaps a rules based "suggest a CTA" which looks for emails from key deployment contacts, and auto-populates the account/relationship, and task name based on the email subject.

      Thanks for posting! There is a similar idea already posted on the community https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/adding-a-cta-by-email. Let me know if your idea is the same as this other community post and I will merge these ideas. 

      By the way, I am a big fan of this idea and I have already up voted.

        Thanks for the reply. I think these are similar enough to be merged. I was thinking specifically of a gmail add-on, but could probably achieve the same result by just forwarding the email to a designated email address.
