The E-mail template that is being used in this JO has a Survey in it. Recipients have responded to the survey an their responses are getting captured but when we looked at the Email status it is showing as "not Opened." From what GS Support has indicated “our engineering team has determined that this falls under an enhancement request. At the moment, the system is technically working as expected(the open was correctly handled based on the image loading mechanism), but obviously, the team is planning to capture the open more accurately in our road map(Enhancement to update the Open column when a survey is responded).” Gainsight wants to make an enhancement that will make their open rate metrics more accurate. If the images do not load properly the email is shown as not opened, even when it has been opened and used.
