Email notification when exporting more than 100k records.

Currently when exporting to a CSV from report builder there is a hard limit of 100k records where the export won’t process if you’re trying to export more than that. The workaround is exporting it to an S3 bucket. 

Currently there is no notification/email saying that you’re trying to export more than 100k records. It would be nice to have that type of functionality in the future.

      @andrew_biehle sorry for the delay here, currently we do send an email if the export limit is reached.
