+3As a CSM/Gainsight user, it would be incredibly handy to be able to send an email to my timeline directly from my email client (Outlook, Gmail). The users have requested the following:
A button that can be clicked that will allow for a “Company” lookup to Gainsight in order to flag the destination Account’s Timeline which will also auto-populate the users special Email to Timeline address.
Does anyone else think this could be a cool integration? Similar to the Opportunity Plugin?
