Emails Open rate not accurate on journey orchestrators and programs

Hi All,

 

We have noticed that emails are opened but the same is not getting captured everytime in the Gainsight analytics. This is a concern as this is one of the success metrics for us and the nos. are incorrect. Please look at necessary enhancements needed to make nos. accurate.
