Hi folks,

 

Is there a way we could embed a shared success plan as an accessible element within the Knowledge Center Bot? The use case here would be for end customers (who you’ve shared a success plan with) have access to that success plan while in product, as opposed to having to click on the shared link via email. Adding a quick mockup below:

 

 

Happy to collect thoughts on feasibility/potential of including this as a roadmap item.
