Would love to see a Comments section in the Success Plan feature.
Use case:
Managers would like to review the plan info, and provide coaching with the CSM on how to improve the plans. This is especially helpful for any plans that are being shared with customers.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
