Hi Team,

Client ( Trackunit‍ ) has a use case where they are looking for the ability to log  email to timeline via GS assist for Inactive Company.

But with existing product behaviour we can log activities to timeline for Inactive Company/Relationship through timeline UI only.

The inactive Company/Relationship records are not reflecting in GS assist UI due to which client is not able to log activities to timeline.

Maybe this was resolved in a later Assist update? 
Currently, it’s possible to do that:
