Should be useful to enable users to edit the title of their own posts, not only the content.

This is one that seems to come up over-and-over again. I see prior ones have been closed or parked:
Wonder if this may have been captured under some other title/description as an idea when the above were closed.
While this one is still open and somewhat related:
