As it stands, if two users edit two email steps at the same time, in a program, neither one of them will receive the latest updates of the other user without refreshing the tab.

For one of them to refresh the tab, he must save his Email step first, but the program forbids him from doing so by displaying an error prompt.

Therefore, editing different email steps can only be done sequentially and only one user can edit the whole program at a time.

Consider this use case: If >100 filters need to be added into each email step, it would save delivery time if two users could edit two email steps at the same time.
