I’d add these columns to ‘Topic’ export:
- Started as: Question, Conversation, Idea
- Current status: Question, Conversation, Idea
- Having a marked answer: yes, no or empty.
- For all topics that have a marked answer, all marked answer stats are added: its time stamp, when it was marked, et cetera. The cells in non-question topics are empty or just say: N/A.
Other useful stats in the marked as answer export are added to the topic export as well. Such as:
- “post_2_userRole”,
- “post_2_userRank”
- “post_2_creator”
- “post_1_post_2_timeDifference”
What’s the use case? Informing your business about what happens in your community. Right now, the data is incomplete. The fact that completing data (exports) is not a priority for Insided even if there's 10 votes (which this idea is not going to get) is quite disappointing to me.
Any workaround or alternative is welcome. I couldn't think of anything without making it even more complicated.
