For us, we look at Retention Analysis in a weekly cohort size view (not monthly) as we see such volatility each week.  In our efforts to drive and increase retention, in Quarter #1 we implemented a, b, c and in Quarter #2 we implemented d, e, f, and so on for Quarter #3 and Quarter #4. 

 

Since the Retention Analysis chart is limited to only 12 weeks (in weekly cohort size view) we cannot get the full picture from Q1-Q4, so it would be great if this could be expanded to cover more than 12 weeks and perhaps even up to a full year.
