+7Currently for CTAs, there are only 3 reporting categories, 'Open' 'closed won' or 'closed lost'. The two referring to closed will actually close the CTA but this request would be to have more statuses that close the CTA. Possibly “closed-inactive” or “duplications” to expand possibly close scenarios that may come up.
