In PX Engagement/Knowledge bot Analytics, We can only export the User level information.

For e.g, In KC bot for particular Engagement/Article we can see how many views are there or how many users visited it, But If we want to export this raw data, we have to narrow down to user level and export only that users data. We do not have the ability to export all the article/engagement raw data. Please see the image for reference,

Same with the search words feature as well, I would be helpful if we can have an option to export all the search words information.
