We have 2 completely different products each with their own customers. We want to include both in the knowledgebase. In order to do this properly it would help us enormously to add an extra level to the knowledgebase so that we can indicate the product on the first level and the content on the next two levels.

Good idea Annelies, we have exacly the same problem :thumbsup: With different products and 200+ articals it gets confusing and unstructured very fast.
