What the title says. When adding a filter for the "rule chain" field, only the operator "in" is available.
+ the "used in" column is not to be found in the filter field search.
+ when pressing on the funnel icon, to add a filter, I was countless times mislead by it and noticed that it does absolutely nothing;
the "add filter" link on the right side of the page should be placed on the icon for it to act as a button and not just be a useless graphic.
