Feature Request: Churn/Inactive accounts to be listed in Gainsight Assist

The Gainsight system was initially designed for Churn/Inactive accounts NOT to be listed in Gainsight Assist along with Active accounts.

The only workaround is to change the status of a company/relationship back to Active. This is highly inconvenient.

Please empower Gainsight Admins to configure this manually according to their business needs.
