Features tab in NXT

HI Team,

 

In SFDC we have and option Features Tab which helps to create their associated features and list of products. we can list it in Customer 360 page and track the Features used by the customers as below screenshot.

 

However this feature seems to not available in NXT.

      @Saichand Moturi Thanks for bringing this to us. Let me check if this is a missed use-case or intentional.

      Hi @Saichand Moturi , This is a feature that has been phased out. We are working on a new feature called “Product Catalog” along the lines of the older feature but bigger and better . 

      Please reach out to your CSM if you would want to have a sneak peak of what this is about.

        This is exciting!  We’re in the same boat!  We overhauled the Features section in Gainsight a few months back, and then recently upgraded to NXT.  Reached out to my CSM to learn more!
