Feedback from Seismic: Contact history ( no way to see ALL historic activities related to that contact)

  • Contacts relation. We tag contacts into tons of timeline activities and CTAs but have no way to see ALL historic activities related to that contact. If I am call the CMO, I want to more easily find all the times she has been tagged into activities. When was the last call she was on? How many has she been on over 3 years of being a client? I have to keyword search the name, but if there are 2-3 Sarahs at that firm, I get way more than what I am looking for – must sift through.

Are the contact details added as external attendees or tagged within the Timeline entries?

Hi Meenal

We will soon be working on a P360 for every contact loaded to Gainsight which would help understand the history for the particular contact.

P360 would give an overview of the CTAs and Timeline posts associated with a contact.

Apart from CTAs and Timeline, are there any other details that would help you with understanding a contact?
