Hi Team,

(This is with regards to NXT edition org)

The use-case here is that I want to autopopulate one field based on the selection of other field in a success plan. I thought of using it using Dropdown Dependency-https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/02Data_Management/02Managing_Data_In_Gainsight/03Dropdown_List_and_Multi_Select_Dropdown_List#Create_a_Dropdown_list_for_Dependent.0ACategories , but it seems to be not working.

I see that it is planned for SFDC edition -https://community.gainsight.com/cs-ideas-21/field-dependencies-not-working-on-gainsight-37714 , so when can we expect it for NXT?

@shiv_kumar_katiyar Thanks for bringing this up! Since its an enhancement request, changing this to an idea post.

Hi

dropdown list dependent on a category can be configured in data management and used in new success plan Horizon Experience (beta phase) in NXT edition.

Hello Everyone,

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and implemented in the Success Plan Horizon Analytics available in Gainsight NXT (Link). Success Plan Horizon Analytics has new capabilities such as the ability to add dependencies between Objective CTAs and Tasks in Templates and Playbooks.

Thanks for posting!

Hi

in Success Plan, can we make fields(String or Rich text area) dependent open on DropDown?
