File types no supported for email template attachment.

Hi team,

 

I found that .eml or .msg type files are not supported as attachments for an email template. Would it be possible to support these formats as well?

      Hi @chethana @sai_ram Customer brought up the issue that they were not able to add certain types of files to their email templates. So the wantedto attach the file of type .msg to their email template.

      We do not support.msg type as of now. Can you elaborate on the use case for this?
