Our super users need to see the most recent questions that have not received any replies so they can respond to unanswered questions. There is currently no filter for this in Insided as far as i’m aware.

Have you tried using the Community Content and Category module and adding the Help Others tab? This would show the unanswered question topics.

@Scott Baldwin Good idea, but this filters by questions with no ‘best answer’. I’m looking for questions with 0 answers/replies

@cbeac2432 you’d have to give them access to the backend (Control) as that’s not possible on the front-end.

@Scott Baldwin exactly- hence the idea!

I’ve got 2 similar ideas going that really have the same end goal.

Insided - You guys want to combine these into something comprehensive?

As a side note @cbeac2432 - I get this done by manually adding and removing a “zero” tag on a daily basis. Then users can click on zero, be taken to the main search page and filter the topics with no replies by category.

It’s not ideal, as the set up is a pain (since you can’t bulk add tags), but the daily maintenance is quick.

@Kgastaldo yep those both get at the same pain point as my idea here. Gave you upvotes. Our super users have their own workaround which isn’t as manual but still a pain. They sort questions by replies and then go to the last page and work backwards.
