At this moment you can filter by product area and idea status on the product page and ideation page.
We would like to be able to filter by release or release date. Our customers want to be able to quickly see exactly what has been delivered in a release.

To sum up: your users want more than the ability to click show more on the bottom of product updates and ideation to go back in time. They would like to jump back to a specific point in time to see what has been released, for example this time last year. Idea posted here: A sidebar filter that lets users filter down to specific ranges of time. Is there something I’m missing?
