We have CSMs asking for the functionality to see a pinnable or popup C360 in different areas of the product. Something similar to the account widget where you can grab basic information from the customer and the attributes section. This would allow to get the information from an account when accessing Timeline or Cockpit, and not have the need for multiple windows running.
