My idea is that there be a separate tab which allows us to see filtered topics only from the members we follow and more specialized notifications etc.
As per following thread it is like bookmarking for another member’s profile. But it would have been better if we could get topics or notification filtration possibility from the members we follow etc.

In home page maybe a new tab called followers topics
Can’t hurt, but I can’t see people going to the profile page to get those details and would much rather see them surfaced in some way in the overall feed of content on the homepage as tab.
Wanted to add that @Scott Baldwin ‘s suggestion would work, but to also consider having it accessible in the Profile drop-down menu. Subscriptions and direct messages are already there, so it would be a bit more natural to have a “Following” or “My Feed” page there.
