We are increasingly depend on JO to contact our customers and it would be super useful to create and share Booking Review Form from GS where customers could indicate dates and times that suits them to have their term/yearly review. This would be useful to minimise the email ping-pong when trying to arrange a time slot that suits all parties.

We are trialling using surveys for this, however there are some limitations such as:

  • survey can’t be sent via email chain
  • time limitation in the conditional wait
  • field are free text, harder to map it to C360 and produce meaningful reports

We could use Calendly, but we are trying to have information about our customers all in one place.

Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

@CrisCosta I feel like this is a new feature that might be in the upcoming JO redo, but I could be wrong.  We do send a Calendly link/Outreach link, but it’s not ideal since we can only track that the link was clicked, not if anything was scheduled.  I also have a survey set up that’s just a simple Schedule a Meeting link that pings the CSM with a CTA to reach out to the customer directly to set up a time as a workaround.  Would love your idea as a better option!
