When adding in a new activity you can change the alignment, add bullet points, add numbers, but what you can’t do it change the font size, background color, or text color.
The CSM team is wanting to be able to log activities with different font colors, background colors, and font options but do not have the ability to do that currently.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
