Formatting within Survey

When creating survey questions, we need formatting capabilities to adjust column widths as well as formatting of text (ie. Bold, underscore, etc.)

A specific example is when using a Matrix question, the sub questions are word wrapping and the column widths cannot be adjusted.  

Are there any current plans to enable more formatting options in the survey tool?
