What:

I wish when I am logged in as a moderator OR admin OR employee with certain role granted, and I am browsing topics and posts from the frontend, I can see that topic or post has Label & Moderator Tag & Post Field added.

Addition 1: If possible I can see from the frontend what Label there is added, or what Moderator Tag, or what Post Field. Just the name is enough I think.

Addition 2: If possible build role what has access only to the Control → Content & Analysis → Post field Analysis. Granting that role to user doesn´t take admin seats from Control.

How:

Topic or post should have kinda label, somewhere in the opening post or comment. This is example just about the visual, not copy:

There can be several labels, up to 1-3 perhaps?

That label can be seen only moderators or admins or emlpoyee with certain role.

Why:

inSided have nice features what helps us to

  • Sort content
  • Escalate content
  • Follow the content
  • Analyse content
  • And so on

using Label & Moderator Tag & Post Field -features. But we have to go to the Control every time to see is there tag or label added.

Usecase: I see topic what has feedback about certain product. I have to open the Control to see is it escalated and if so to who.

Me as a admin/community manager I am browsing the community mostly from the frontend, also with my mobile. It is too “difficult” to open the Control, especially when browsing with mobile, to see is there any tag or label added.

Also, if you are for example service designer or developer, or stakeholder etc, it might be possible that you don´t have access to the Control at all.

And, if we remember that there are seat limits to the Control as well, you have to think about carefully who to grant the access to the Control.

Thanks @revote for posting this idea with so much details, it’s very helpful. Which roles would you like to see granted with such ‘moderators’ capabilities in the frontend? I will open that idea since we will soon start the discovery and solution refinements to introduce more moderation tools in the frontend. Thanks!
