Gainsight 360: Add issue category to support ticket reports

On the Gainsight 360, it would be great if the Support Ticket reports could include a category, like bug, infrastructure problem, question, configuration issue, etc.  Would help admins get a better idea of the types of tickets that are getting created and how they are classified.
