It would be great if when you logged an email via Gmail that it gave you the ability to tag the email via the plugin, right now, it’s quite admin heavy to have to go into your timeline and retrospectively tag all the emails you log.
The majority of our communication is via email and this means we lose a lot of data if CM’s forget to tag
