I find I am often logging emails in Gainsight Assist but then its from a new contact and to add that new contact I need to switch over to Gainsight and log the contact manually that way. It would be excellent if you could search the company of the contact then if its an unrecognized contact you could just add the contact right from GS Assist

This is a feature in Salesforce Inbox and was one of my favorite things about their add-in. It saved me so much time and resulted in increased product adoption.
