Gainsight Assist plugin: Ability to send to a list of contacts/Person records

Our users are super excited to use the email template functionality in the Gmail plugin. One amazing improvement would be the ability for them to configure their own lists of contacts/Person records/CSV file that they could send to. Think of it as a JO program of sorts for the CSM. Is this type of functionality in the roadmap?

    Ok, thanks! Please keep me updated as I got another similar request for this from one of our CSMs: “would it be possible to post a note to multiple GS accounts from one email?
