Getting Contact Information When Building Powerlist Using Email Strategy

I am trying to build a Powerlist off of NPS Survey Response.  I am not able to use all accounts filtered, because it is pulling in results for all customers.  I switched this to NPS User Email, which pulls in the desired results.  I am not able to pull in Contact First Name to use in the outreach.  I know I can create a formula field to pull in contact first name on this object, but I would like to be able to get to the Contact First Name with out having to create the formula field.
