Today Gong integration is very limited and is asking to practice some ideal conditions that the author of the timeline needs to log the calls within the first 15 mins of recording.

Most of the time the call last 30 min or more and CSMs generally hit “Log Activity” at the end of the call which an intuitive and natural path.

Just for the integration to work our CSMs have to remember to log activity and then find it and update it.

And the sync is not real time so our CSMs have to wait 4 hours for the call to show up in GS and manually copy over the notes! Not at all scalable and helpful.

We want the sync to be near real time and allow users and admins to manually merge calls in GS Timeline.
