we have a frequent issue where emails to Timeline get logged to our internal Account, rather than to the correct customer account, because the customer contacts were not in the system at the time the email was logged to Timeline. It would be great if I, as an admin, could push those incorrectly associated emails back to Draft status (also sending a notification to the author) so that they could go back in and associate the email to the correct account.
