Grey out/ block the +Criteria option when creating a CTA Rule
When creating a “Close CTA” rule the option to “+Criteria” is available, but the criteria is not used unless the “Include in Identifiers” options is marked.
This can cause confusion for users and if the option to “+Criteria” was blocked unless that box was marked then users wouldn’t think that the criteria is being used.
