I created a custom dropdown list on my Timeline Activities to allow my CSMs to track whether the activity was an in person event. They can choose between 4 different types of strategic engagements.

However, I’m not able to Group By this dropdown list in reporting. Please allow me to create reporting based on my CSMs selection of the dropdown list. I understand if it were multi-select dropdown, but this is a single select. I feel I should be able to pivot and aggregate on this field.
