GS Home - Flexibility to remove/add widgets in ribbons/sections

I have come across customers who want to Personalise their Home experience by updating ‘Summary’ ribbon. For now, the functionality is that either we remove entire section or add it. However, there are customers that have different teams using GS Home. They would like to have the flexibility to edit the standard ribbons. Any plans to have this functionality?

Hi @Anshita  

For the core problem of different homes for different teams, we are building this capability targeting it for our Q1 release. We are calling this as Multiple Gainsight homes and customers can build multiple starting points and assign each starting point accordingly. 

 

For the 2nd problem around personalize the widgets in Home, we plan to add this after we have End user reporting in place. While this helps some customers, this might mean for some customers, their CSM’s can see data they are not supposed to see.
