I’d like to request a Gainsight Sally feature capability similar to what Gainsight Assist (the gmail plugin) can do. We’d like the ability to capture the content of a selected Slack message and send this directly to Timeline.
Currently you have to manually copy & paste the content which seems quite cumbersome.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
