Guide triggered by value.

Hello, I am wondering if it would be possible to create a piece of guidance that only show up when the value is not equal to zero. For example, a badge guide only appears if a value is not null.

    Hi @bmikolich , the value that you are checking if it is a user/ account attribute you can define that at the Audience Rule of the engagement. This will ensure that the engagement will only be shown to those users who have qualified the rule. 

     

    In the below example; I have created a Badge Guide engagement and triggering only to those users who have the numeric attribute not equal to “0” AND a string attribute which is not empty (is not null).
