Have CC be an option for non-operational emails

We often need to share non-operational emails, where CSMs or team leads would like to be CC’d on the email. Or another person from a separate team where the email is relevant to.

      Hi @Lulu_Zhang 

      I believe non-operational emails have constraints since they require an opt-out from a compliance standpoint and enabling a CC on them would be problematic from a preference perspectives as the CC user wouldn’t be able to have their own opt-out and could opt out the main recipient (and all that would ensue). 
       

      That’s possibly not the only reason but that’s one of the reasons why it makes sense not to be able to CC on a non-operational email.

      Thanks @Lulu_Zhang! We don’t have any plans to incorporate this in the future. You could, however, make sure that your teammate matches the segment you’ll send the email out to so they’ll be included in BCC, in essence.
