The idea is to have a filed on User object like that can look up into other user details (Like Manager) field.
And searchable or auto-populate in User Management either by name or Email.
Having a feel on User object like (Team Lead) having look up to User GSID and can behave as 'Manager field' which can be searched by User Name.
