One of the customer has requested that the help text icons should not be available in absence of the help text. Since help text is entered at SFDC record level, can we have the functionality to not show the grayed out help icons if no text is found for a field?
I agree with you, when there is no help text we shouldn’t show the icon. Redirecting this to the product team.
Help Text is actually coming from the Salesforce, which we give at the time of field creation.
