In Horizon Cockpit per below doc:
We can add the “Next Task Due Date” as a column. However, whenever the CTA/CS Task due date is changed to provoke a “Next Task Due Date” update, new “Next Task Due Date” isn’t shown until the browser page/tab is refreshed.
Would like the “Next Task Due Date” to refresh without having to do a browser page refresh. As after page refresh, you won’t always land back into the Cockpit section in a given C360 for example.
This can take up to 5-10 minutes to update currently even after a refresh. This causes some confusion with CSMs not seeing the update timely.
We understand the problem. We will check if we can provide any immediate solution for this. Thanks for the feedback.
