On behalf of a customer,

 

     Currently, when utilizing a Horizon Rule to Load to GS Lead object, the Lead Contact field is not available for mapping.

     Consider the use case of wanting to associate each record from the GS Lead Upload object via the Email field (or any other field) to a Company Person contact. First, one must push the records from the GS Lead Upload object to the standard GS Lead object. The GS Lead object has the Lead Contact field, which has a lookup to Company Person; however, it is not available for mapping, as previously mentioned.

     Please enhance the functionality to allow for mapping to the Lead Contact field of the GS Lead object.

This is also very important for customers implementing Renewal Center who have existing GS Lead records. When configuring RC we need to remove any existing GS Lead and GS Opportunity records if we change the sync type to Salesforce:

While this in itself is annoying it’s not a huge problem since we can backup the records into a custom MDA object then restore them with rules using “Load to GS Lead” and “Load to GS Opportunity” action types. This is a big problem if we cannot fully restore the data to the “Lead Contact” field because it is hidden from the rule actions.
